Ditto (although my sticker says 9/28). Add to that noticeable snake skinning and the color of the removable panels don't match the clamshell. At this point I'd rather get a discount on a MOD top than another replacement MIC.
I haven't used it in the Bronco, as I haven't done any of the trailer wiring yet. But I have used with my wife's Explorer, and it works well. You have to have the app open on your phone to manually activate the brakes is the only downside I can see, but they offer a bluetooth button (a rebadged...
Not a lighting trick. Mine looks like this and the panels are definitely a slightly different color. Shows up best on a camera in direct sunlight. In the shade its not all that noticeable. On mine, the "lighter" panels have more "snake skinning" than the "darker" ones.
As long as you have an intel-based Mac, you do not need to go buy another computer to use the Windows version of Forscan. There are two methods you can use.
1: Virtual machine. To do this for free, get a copy of VirtualBox then download a copy of Windows.
2: WINE. See directions here.
Excellent job finding those. It should be easier dealing with pinning those connectors there rather than under the dash. I spent time hard-wiring my radar detector yesterday and it is rather unpleasant maneuvering under the dash in this vehicle. Or maybe I'm just getting old :ROFLMAO:
You can switch the headlight switch from always auto on startup to last position on startup using Forscan. It is a plaintext selectable option in the BCM.
The date on the bottom is when the .pdf file you are viewing was generated from the raw data in Ford's systems. This date used to change every time the sticker was accessed, but they started caching them a few years ago. Want to blow your mind, check out the window sticker on a couple year old...
FINALLY! I'm rocking your avatar in your honor until it gets in your hands!
Yours is shipping to NSB, correct? Mine arrived (Orlando) in 12 days after being "built" so hopefully yours is similar.
I had the knee panel down yesterday when I was installing my first mod, the Autostop Eliminator.
The connector for the TBC is present even without the tow package
here is the BCM/Interior Fuse Panel. Interestingly enough a Secuicode keypad Code card was clipped to this, even though you can't...
I have the same thing going on with my FE. Really noticeable in pictures taken outdoors. The rear clamshell is darker. The 3 front pieces have noticeable snake skinning. Unfinished edges on rear clamshell (9/28/21 "Primer Applied" sticker). It looks a lot like they replaced the rear section but...
