I spent an hour on the phone with Ford only to have them say the dealer can't replicate it, maybe you should take it to another dealer for a second opinion. Super frustrated.

I have had this happen three times and the dealer can't replicate it so no resolution and I don't feel safe driving knowing that this could just randomly happen.

Finally took delivery Tuesday night. It came in and had the tiniest ding in the hood, so I had them send to the body shop to be repaired. It made the entire delivery slightly anticlimactic, but I'm thrilled to have her. I haven't even taken her on the highway yet. The best part is actually now...

It arrived in Portland today. So now I wait for it to be unloaded and picked up by transport to make its way to me. Should be some time soon!

Finally got word this week that it loaded on the train. As of Friday it had arrived in IL and is awaiting transfer onto Burlington Northern. I'm thrilled it's finally out of Michigan. 4.5 months post build date it's finally on the move!

Built 12/1/23 - still sitting in Romulus, MI and Ford Executive office only quotes me what the online tracker says. I'm beyond frustrated and very close to purchasing something else after a 2 year wait with no honest estimated delivery date.

I also have a 4 door badlands. The Ford Rep is involved, the executive office is a waste of time, they have responded with dates that follow the online tracker which are bullshit since my vehicle is still sitting in a yard 2 miles from the plant. No one can give me any answer and it's not part...

Did you ever get a rail car number or did Vin View ever show it moving? My build date was the day after yours and according to everyone it is still sitting in the Michigan yard. I'm in Southern Oregon. Congrats!

Confirmed with my dealer today that my 12/1 build is still sitting in the yard in Michigan. It's beyond frustrating that is has been built for over 2 months and not getting on a train.
