Everything about that trailer is awesome except the tires lol if it was mine, I would have to install a wider axle and bigger tires that would make it a lot more off-road capable and probably tow a lot better on highways.
I made a Velcro strap that goes around the BLUETTI and the bottom/side of the shelf, and a block system to keep the BLUETTI from sliding around when off-roading.
Portable so I can move it to other vehicles. I went with the Amazon ARB twin knockoff and mounted it in a harbor freight box, it has been working great and it was less than 1/3 the price of the twin portable compressor from ARB. I also have a 4 tire inflation hose but I don’t use it because it...
I didn’t want on board air so I could move it to other vehicles when necessary. I purchased the Amazon ARB twin knock off and mounted it in a harbor. Freight box, works great.
You can also check out JCR Off-road, they make the Molly panels that attach differently and not to the hard top mounting bolts. You really can’t see the Molly panels in the pictures, but the shelf attaches to them.

I love the TrailDeck, but I feel in the next version new tiedown anchor points need to be developed. I had to add my own to keep the items from moving around especially when off-roading.
RokBloks XL long will work great and they are easily removable for offloading if in an area with large rocks and steps or drop offs. They are more expensive than most come with metal mounting brackets that are extremely sturdy. I’ve had mine for four years and the only problem is some of the...
I’ve purchased new tires or had them swapped on my bronco four times and Discount Tire was the only shop that removed the beauty rings. It is a good idea to remove them because one of the shops did damage the beauty ring a little, but I wasn’t too worried about it because they have a lot of rock...
I agree with Fordified1, I don’t believe shock mount being bent will cause a vibration so look elsewhere for the cause. DV8, or even another brand shock skids are a must if off-roading. Since you’re upgrading the undercarriage, you might consider the front lower A- arm skids and rear...
