I've turned off CarPlay because it always wants to take over. I listen to satellite radio, but carplay automatically takes over; even if I switch back to satellite, carplay will sometimes switch back. VERY annoying. Whatever I am playing should be the selection and no automatic switching...

Yes - that is the correct part number for the wiring harness. I did not need to modify the wiring system for the Badlands (LED vs Halogen) - and didnt need to cut/ground the red wire.

That worked like a charm. I didn’t even have to pull the bumper all the way off… I was able to loosen the bolts enough to take it away from the bronco and drill the holes I needed so I could mount my light bar.

@Scotty_A51 - When taking the bumper off… There is a cover over the shackle that looks like it has a sensor in it. What are the steps to take that shackle cover off?

SOLVED! - so I took the short cut version of resetting the system. Before I did a complete disconnect of the harness, I disconnected the Ground from the batter and took the power wire off the positive post. I left it for about 1 minute an just for grins, reconnected the negative ground to the...

I used PenFed (on line bank) I got a super low rate (back in March 1.9%) and I was approved in about 10 minutes.

I did watch this specific video before starting and other than his need to convert the harness for the halogen taillights, I think I followed it pretty well. Thank you for the suggestion.

Thank you - I think the wiring harness has the right wires and pigtails - others have used it without error.

That will be the next step should the other suggestions not work. Thank you for the idea!
