  1. Front Differential Failure Club

I've gone through two FDs. First was around 20k, and the second was the day after they fixed the first. Dealership assumed I was beating the hell out of it and warned it was unlikely to get covered again. The fact is, I barely did anything both times, and everyone with me has been shocked it...
  2. 2025 Suspension Recommendations (by Snacktime)

I am the original owner. I did put a lot of miles on it over a short period when I took it from MA to the Rockies. Towing the pop-up along the way.
  3. 2025 Suspension Recommendations (by Snacktime)

Sorry for the delayed response, and thanks for the feedback. After I brought my Bronco in, they determined that both front lower control arms needed replacement (another tech later suggested ball joints, but either way, both LCAs were replaced). When the Bronco was parked and running, it would...
  4. 2025 Suspension Recommendations (by Snacktime)

Looking for advice on suspension upgrades after early control-arm failure 2023 4-door Badlands, 2.7 auto, non-SAS. Right before 36k miles I had to replace both lower control arms, which seems early. I’m trying to figure out if my current setup is creating stress points that justify upgrading...
  5. Hardware for raptor hitch braces?

NB3Z-17D826-A Keep in mind you will need to move the muffler to put these in. I have a Borla cat back I'm also installing that moves the muffler ahead of the rear axle. I'm trying to figure out what the extra cooling component is, but no luck so far.
  6. Hardware for raptor hitch braces?

Likely yes, but nothing official. My understanding is the primary difference with the Raptor vs Regular is the braces and additional cooling, I think for the transmission. The receiver is also a little thicker.
  7. Hardware for raptor hitch braces?

    Ordered them NB3Z-5030-A and NB3Z-5030-B
  8. Hardware for raptor hitch braces?

Does anyone have part numbers for the hardware used to attach Raptor hitch braces to the hitch/frame? Assuming something like 4 bolts and 2 c nuts. II am adding them to my BD in a couple weeks after I switch to a Borla exhaust that puts the muffler ahead of the rear axle (opening the former...
  9. Am I the drama???

Just do what I did. Break your FD a couple of times. Can't leak if you keep having a new one put in!
  10. Most Impressive Mod to Your Bronco in 2024?

JCR Vanguard dumper with bar. One of many things done this past year. Helped pull together the look I wanted coupled with the 35" Falkens and Sas shock takeoffs.
  11. Show us your installed wheel / tire upgrades here! (Pics)

Yes, but that was pretty much the maximum size it would work with.
  12. Accessing windshield air vents

Nope, it is still hanging out who knows where in my dash.
  13. Show us your installed wheel / tire upgrades here! (Pics)

Before and after of my BD. Badlands Squatch coilovers were installed beforehand. Stock General Grabbers LT265 70 R17 Falken Widlpeak R/T 35X11.5R17
  14. Will five 35" fit in the back?

It wasn't easy, but I did get them in.
  15. Tire pressure for new tires

I've been running the stock Grabbers at 40 this whole time. 50 does seem a bit crazy, particularly as it is at the top of the rating.
