I have a Comet BB5-NMO at the tailgate of my Bronco connected to a Yaesu FTM400. For mounting the antenna, I used a "Hooke Road Wrangler JL CB Antenna Spare Tire Mount" from amazon and it was only $15.99. I used a cable that unscrews at the NMO connection and it fit perfectly.

I had the same issue. I did not change my front bumper, just added a winch tray, superwinch 12k and jcr push bars. It made my front end lose about an inch and a half of height and definitely noticeable. Installing Kings 2.5 alone corrected the height.
