What is that back tube against the body "resting" on? Does it have a rubber stopper or something its using to sit against the body or is it "off" the body and only supported at the roof rack?
Where is the headlamp broken? Maybe a pic would help, top side, back side, bottom side.... Install wise they shouldnt be near the headlamp with any tools that would damage the headlamp. Do you have all of your splash guards / wheel well plastics?
