vibrations 50+ are 99% balance issues. hard to say with it being rebalnaced, but if its a mechanical problem youd likely feel well before 70mph

usually through flat clamps to the side of the hard top or there are some that go through the topper at the front and out the back. Lift up, secure a corner so it doesnt spin, pull forward carefully and youre good.

if something breaks i take the chance to upgrade usually to something stronger or better suited for the conditions I AM PUTTING THE VEHICLE THROUGH. If youve broken 2, its LIKELY your driving, but if its the conditions youre experiencing, putting the same part back in is simply a bandaid...
