Old thread but this just saved me a lot of time! I would have never guessed it was the pitch and roll screen. I am always an Android auto so never see that the screen is on in the background and was the source of that buzzing noise.

Unfortunately lemon law only applies to the first year of ownership in Pennsylvania.

It's in my OP. Several trips to the dealership - TSB complete - new seals. They even moved the C-pillar. It's still under warranty and was escalated to corporate in Dec. Been crickets ever since even after several inquiries. I love my Bronco but ready to trade it in.

To the people who think we just want to complain - Imagine driving with this noise next to your ear the WHOLE time you're driving. This was at 40mph. Gets worse on the highway.

This hyperbole is just wrong. Not one person in this thread expected Broncos to be quiet and certainly not luxury quiet. Come take a ride with me one day and you'll change your tune.

Took my Bronco in several times for wind noise coming through the roof panels, especially on cold days. After several trips and a TSB, the noise is now 10X worse than before. I get a super annoying whistling noise coming from 3 or 4 areas. My son has to wear headphones whenever he is in, and...
