Thats one of the ones id like more info on off road use on. Alternative is the magnum flow which provides some info but real world use would be more informative.

Yea maybe paper filter with a pre filter mesh cover for offroading would be best. Even the non-oil ones look a little iffy filtration wise. I am trying to find more info on the Mishimoto one.

@LVS No MAF on the Bronco luckily but still a pita to have to re-oil. Id prefer a no oil reusable filter for the sake of less maintenance. I wonder if the Mishimoto with a prefilter will be just as good as the Magnum FLOW. Not seeing any details about material layers or filtration efficiency on...

I go off roading about once a month. Thats why I would like to reuse an air filter vs having to buy one often but without sacrificing to much filtration if possible.

I fixed my issue. If you run into fading issues could be the wires from radio to amp. I used 18g initially (do not recommend). I would highly recommend keeping that run as short as possible and use at least 16g. I used 12 myself to be safe and its working great now!
