Yeah, in Georgia you can only stay in one camp spot for 14 days within a 30 day period, so it's a useless law since it wouldn't matter if you have a ground tent, RTT, or camper. Go figure
Sounds like they did not program the trailer hitch module.
I would take it back to them, since they installed it, and have them check/program it. You can also go into the Features menu and see it the Towing menu is there. If not, then it was not programmed.
Those are the same as my wife's 2025 BS. My non-sas 2025 Bronco Outerbanks has the sand, mud-ruts, normal, eco, sport, slippery.

If you have the cover, you will have to remove the bumper in order to remove that cover. The cover has to be removed in order to mount the hitch receiver.
I would think you would be okay with an offset up to +25mm, depending on tire width.
