I believe the Vin Tags are attached to both fenders, might be interesting to see if the vins match.
Having worked at the Port I can tell you that every manufacturer has these issues, I've seen a Porsche 911 with one brown seat and one black, another one with a tan...

The wavy windows that have been a complaint since production started are not the side windows when the top is open nor the back window. My response was directed toward that condition and long term complaint of wavy side windows with the top closed.

It's Non-Stick for skid plates.
It can help to slide across rocks rather than to have the metal dragging across them. Hopefully replacement pad are available, they tend to get pretty beat up.

I see nothing that would worry me from the information provided. I'd check the vin tags and look for signs of body work. Just because the cax fax is clean doesn't mean it hasn't had extensive work done.
Not uncommon, unfortunately.
Dealer had me place an order for a '24 when it appeared my '23 wasn't going to be built. '23 came in a we bought it, '24 came in and the dealer sold w/o any notification. Not a big deal, but we would have appreciated the opportunity to buy or not.
You could have a local shop re-terminate your cable or fabricate another cable that fits the stock lugs.
