No. When I had the bumper off I removed the lights and covered them with Lamin-X. It’s pretty thick and holds well. I’ve used the on other vehicles as well.

No they won’t. They are separate pieces that were drilled to fit between the bar and winch plate.

I bought the caps at Ford and you have to remove the to small center cap then the Limited ones line up with 2 lugs and snaps into the center. There is also a notch along the edge that you have to line up with the valve stem. It don't hit it, just says to align them. Thanks.
