So is the factory cable just a power cable?

Great write-up, but one thing I'm still unsure of is when you use the OEM mount. What needs to be done when you disconnect the factory cable from the factory mirror?

I did a search but can't find any threads with the answer. Is there a shared community document (XLS) that lists all common Forscan settings? I have a 2025 Explorer ST, and that forum has a couple of guys who manage a similar document for the community. -Mike
