Ok. Just went and checked. ‘24 Badlands (auto) hit the button with the 4-lines to bring up the main view menu with my view at the top. Select off road and then off road status and it brings up that screen. No goat mode selection needed.

Interesting. Just returned from Off Roadeo and every vehicle was auto and they all were set with that screen. Different trim packages, most of the day in 4l, only went through goat modes for demo and discussion. So it didn‘t seem to be goat mode related. I wonder if it’s a manual thing?

Sorry didn’t explain. I just rotate facing out the door, foot on the step and rt hand on the grab-handle then put my left down on the door hinge cover thingy and lift a bit up And out. There’s still a bit of my fat a@@ on the bolster but not too bad.

Covers Search For what it’s worth I use the step with one hand on the grip and one down on the seat frame at the hinge. It seems to take some of the weight off the edge of the seat
