I believe those are the wheels off the outer banks trim. I assume the original owner picked them up cheap off marketplace. Almost anything looks better than the anemic 30 inch stock tires on the base trim. I swapped my oem 16 inch for the black diamond 17 inch steel wheels with 32 inch...

Luckily, I found them on marketplace two and a half years ago. They were new takeoffs. Unfortunately, I don’t know the part number. Hopefully someone who knows the part number can post that info for you.
