I’ve went through all of my as built, just got to narrow down the relevant mods from the others that I’ve done. Should have it wrapped up some time tomorrow depending on work.
At this point, I would be extremely surprised if we are able to crack Lane Centering without hardware and/ or wiring...
For sure. I’m going to be doing it on a bit for bit basis, FWIW. There are definitely changes in a lot of modules, as you have noted. You may have to compare your AB file.
I suspect that Ford made the decision to nix Stop and Go because of the liability of the thing. Us enabling a feature and...
Guys, very sorry I’ve been in ghost mode. Had a lot going on in life outside the Bronco.
I’ve been living with the iACC for a few months now. Note the speed limit recognition does work, and you can set a “cushion” as well. For example, if you’re entering a 40 MPH zone with a 5MPH cushion, it...
FWIW, I was able to get my PDM programmed today. While working on the Cruise, I had loaded the Bronco in as a new profile, and went into the PDM to attempt programming, and it actually went through. So you might try not loading a saved profile at startup to see if that helps.
Same for me! I just wish the Broncos architecture was more similar to the F150. Would have made things a cakewalk with the pioneering that you and others have done on the F150 forums.
Lot to cover in this post and I’m going to try to answer all of your questions. But let me share this update first and see if it answers them.
I dug around in the late model F150 yesterday, and found that the IPMA (as Jesse pointed out) has a different style. The AB coding for that truck was...
Ah, yeah, mine did the same, I just assumed that it was something on my end, because I was making some other changes in other modules. Guess we will have to wait for Forscan to fix on their end. If I get a chance, I’ll send a message to their support team.
See the spreadsheet for your Global Close woes. You have to enable Global Close in the DDM and PDM as well. I’ve turned mine on, but currently doorless, so no clue if it works or not. 🤣
Quick update: still no luck on Lane Centering. IACC is conditionally working. By conditionally, I mean, regular Adaptive with Stop and Go is fully functional.
Hills to still conquer:
Speed sign recognition with action taken to adjust the cruise speed. Currently battling a lost communication...
Sounds to be precisely the boat that I am in. FWIW I can now confirm that Stop and Go DOES in fact turn on with IACC. Still working on lane centering however.
On my commute in this morning, as I was (very) cautiously watching the vehicle in front of me, the Bronco performed flawlessly and...
Not quite ready for a guide just yet. At this point, I still have more tinkering to do to ensure that everything is working as it should before I say do this and that and it’s good to go. I will say, Forscan has most of the options to turn everything on in each module’s “Easy” mode. The only...
Well, it depends. The CCM is the radar module that’s mounted behind the front bumper. If you have that, (which is also used for Forward Collision Warning I believe) then at the minimum, you would need a new switch pack for the steering wheel. If you have a modular bumper, the radar module would...
No hardware added at this point, I have an OBX Lux, so it came with Adaptive Cruise already. So far, have reprogrammed the PCM, BCM, APIM, IPC, and IPMa. The system for Stop and Go, and Lane Centering rely on the inputs from the CCM and IPMa.
UPDATE 4/15/25

Ok, finally got the time to give this a try, and - success!
I only added the stop & go with just the body control modue and ABS changes at this point, once the intelligent with speed sign reading is sorted, i'll make those changes as well. The order I...
Yeah, same for me. I took mine in today for a headlight issue. Had the misbuild submitted 2 weeks ago, and have been waiting to hear back. However they called today after I dropped it off and said that the plates came in and they will knock it out while it’s there. They say that they’ll have to...
