I have a set of very good condition and good tread , only issue is I am in PA. Set of 5 wheels, tires, and 4 center caps (spare doesn't need it). Rims are in mint condition. Tires have minimal miles (spare is 15/32s, three tires 14/32s, and one is 13/32s)

I had the same problem with the bottom left bolt as well. And I did exactly that ran a thread chaser in it and it went right in. I believe it was a M8 for the rest of you . I would check it before installing the hinge.
