Running the trail one way takes 4 hours, so we could do an all day run where we go through both directions. It would be a long day, but might be the best way to do it anyway.

I'm thinking a weekend in either July or August. I'm open right now the following weekends (7/11, 7/18, 8/8, 8/15, 8/22, 8/29).

I'd like to run the Naches Trail this summer. Anyone else interested in meeting up and running it together?

The 2 on the outside are included, but I re-used the 2 middle ones on my replacement bumper. You can order them directly from Ford for pretty cheap though.

Steel. It does have a plastic textured top to it though (I guess for making it easy to step on).
