I dont think understand the question, The Headlamp switch uses a LIN bus to communicate with the BCM, the BCM then activates a FET that turns on pin 25 on harness C2280C.
Based on the wiring diagram on the 2016 F150 PIN 25 on harness 2280C in not used, and I would suspect also not populated.
From what I can find, there is no wiring for the 2016 F150 to have rear fog lights. I suspect this is because the F150 is only designed for North American markets. where as the Bronco is based on the ranger which is sold around the world.
For me I use them as rear fog / additional rear lights in poor or dark conditions; so the using the rear fog switch is fitting. admittedly it is easier to just use the upfitter switches, but i was already replacing the factory headlamp switch for front fog lights, so the additional effort was...
Great Work, Glad to see someone was able to add a pin successfully.
You may have had less issues if you were to disassemble / De-Pin the connector before drilling out the blank.
Also, I wonder if there is a generic rubber seal you could use instead of silicone.
Sorry for my delay, I don't remember exactly the settings changed but I remember changing the BCM and IPC.

I took my Bronco on on Feb 6 for the manual trans TSB and was told this week that Ford Parts is expected to get the parts in mid April....
