Absolutely correct. The bits they provide are not the right fit for the bumper bolts. You can pick up a proper TP40 at lowes for like $10

Incredibly easy. They are all quite light weight, and there are only 2 bolts to each. The trickiest bit was just finding a place to stack them in my garage safely, as I don't have the storage bags yet.
