Help! I have invested way too much time and brainspace trying to figure out the installation. Where do these 2 side velcos hook into the frame?? What hardware is used to anchor down the cross bar? Customer service sent me instructions... but to a DIFFERENT top. I'm pretty sure I'm missing...

I cannot figure out where the side strap/hooks connect into the frame.

I have a VIN but no date. What does this mean???? Unless my salesperson just can't be bothered to update me. Anyone else feeling a little stalkerish with their salesperson? I feel like I'm left hanging with just a VIN!

Got my VIN but no production date! When I track my order info on this site the window sticker loads a has no been made yet error message. Are other people with VIN's without a production date as well?? I'm not a patient person!
