I appreciate the faith! I’ll be back there in May for Bronco Safari but not sure if I want to embark on HR again, it was a tedious day, even if it was fun! Now I know I can knock out those obstacles but it’s still daunting!
I agree with this; Hells Revenge was the third trail I’ve ever driven in my life (been a passenger here and there but bought the Bronco to really get into the playing outside with expensive toys). If I can do that trail as a complete novice I bet most anybody in here with a solid set and some...
Oh the beast did GREAT! All the Jeepers kept cursing at me because “you make that look too easy!” Hahaha! It’s the locker buttons! Had an absolute blast but I’ve yet to see another Bronco on a trail (I’ve been out pretty extensively through AZ, UT, WA so far). Maybe we’ll cross paths one day!
For Arches and all NP’s that require a reservation: if you get there before 7am they will let you in without a reservation, or so the told me at Arches this spring! That makes a huge difference in planning days around a NP schedule...
I’m 90% sure I’m going! I’ll be camping along the Colorado or on BLM land most likely with a night or two at a hotel. Happy to share an AirBNB with some folks, just let me know!
I played in Moab with my Bronco last year for 2 weeks and had a damn blast, still lots of trails to conquer out there!
This is the epitome of life with this truck: dirty, excited, exploring and having adventures of a lifetime on a daily basis. This was after conquering Hell’s Revenge and Chicken Corners in April.
Are these the white ones? If so, and you change your mind about shipping, let me know. I’ll send the UPS label to you so you don’t have that particular hassle/cost.
AutoNation Ford of Bellevue, WA. Zero hassle, amazingly helpful and friendly the entire way through the ordering - pickup process. I highly recommend Tim Stakkestad, he’s a man that loves his job and really wants his clients to be happy!
Heeeey! I’ve been up in Alaska aurora chasing for the last 9 days! I’m ready to get home and go for a test camp with the Bronco and the sleeping platform I built!
Side note that I saw 2 Broncos up here and I was so jealous since I was in a rented Highlander. I bet Juicy would be a blast up here...
No clue, but I saw a clip from Moab where a guy basically parked on a 39 degree incline, crawled all the way up a boulder and just parked it for a bit, made me pucker but it hung there just fine for a bit. Curious what the max roll would be, but not too keen to find it just yet 🤣
I can’t go...
Have you found your Inclinometer yet? It’s accessed from your steering wheel, hit the button with the three lines on the right side of the steering wheel, scroll to Off Road. That’ll help you gauge when you’re getting to a really sketchy incline or tilt.
