truth be told the hardest part is getting the my 35s (soon to be 37s) back on the hub, even the spare is easier to put back on imo, I'm considering getting this, which will make the one wheel at a time even easier
sooo, you have a spare, so lift one wheel at a time replace with spare, lower, lift next, replace with wheel you just took off, repeat, no need to remove all wheels at the same time.
I agree with most here, Ive bent, scratched, even mangled my skids, I do take them off from time to time to clean the inside of dirt and give the rusted parts a little spray of this (don't care if the color matches perfectly)
While I don't need this, I do love watching your install videos, helps me understand how to safely take apart some of the interior of the Bronco. I used your infotainment video to help me install my naviks module.
ok but the videos I see of the flip top is on the MIC top, and like I said I can't just push the top up after unlatching it, it needs a little pull back to free it
I really want to get your flip top but I'm not convinced it'll work with the heritage top, since when I remove the front pieces it requires me to unlatch them, then move them slightly back towards the rear to get them free. If I were to add the flip top I'm concerned that it'll make the front...
honestly I initially over engineered it with the square cuts, after reversing the carriage bolts it's not required and a simple hole works fine and the jack it self allows the carriage bolts to hold tight.
At the end of the day it was just mounting the brake light pieces in reverse and drilling...
nice! I've considered moving the jack to that location, what did you use to mount it? something custom or did you find something that works with the bumper?
