  1. 74WELD Steering Rack Clunking - Check Yours!

I’ve got my 74 weld rack sitting in a garage cabinet. Just can’t summon the courage to rebuild it and put it back in. its broken twice (technically the first time only got to really loud clunking, but was still functional) vs. never for the stock rack. And it’s a PITA to get in and out vs...
  2. Shock recalibration Info after 2 inch install needed….

Sorry to hear that but good to know! I could imagine breaking the ride height linkage on the trail could also throw it into a fit. Thanks, very useful
  3. Shock recalibration Info after 2 inch install needed….

a couple comments JIC on the Forscan ride height calibration, but I think this is all in the Forscan instructions as you work through the process… first up, it will want you to put the vehicle on flat ground. take any significant variable stuff out of your car including yourself before...
  4. Wolfbox HyperFlow X 12V Twin Motor On-Board Air Compressor install

You mean mounted like this? My ADD panel has held this for two years through a lot of terrain with no issue. I’ve seen other window molles that I would not trust with the weight. So the molle design is probably a more important factor than compressor weight for mounting like this. I checked the...
  5. Shock recalibration Info after 2 inch install needed….

FWIW. Open AI summary on the topic…. AI never guaranteed to be 100% correct, but relatively objective overview. Q: What are the benefits of performing a ride height recalibration on a Ford Raptor after changing spring heights and other suspension changes? A; Yes—on a Raptor with FOX Live...
  6. Shock recalibration Info after 2 inch install needed….

I was able to confirm the ride height was out of range on mine by reading the PIDs for the ride height values for all four corners using Forscan before performing the recalibration. The values should all be 0 or close to it. if not, run the ride height calibration. We also found the issue on...
  7. Shock recalibration Info after 2 inch install needed….

I’ve had a different experience…. Most noticeable as it “chattered” on rough pavement after adding Hyperco 2”/1” springs. I performed a ride height recalibration using Forscan which was pretty easy to do. Ride was noticeably better after. If your ride height is not recalibrated, your...
  8. Pros/Cons for Hyperco Lift Springs vs. Foutz Lift Collars for 1-2” lift?

Not sure if it’ll make a difference, but have you recalibrated ride height since servicing the shocks? If not, good to do and may change it a bit.
  9. My only rant about my 2026 Bronco Raptor - no electric seat memory!

Electric seats? With memory? Next you’ll be saying they should put carpet in them.
  10. NEW! Universal SS10 LED Chase Light | Diode Dynamics

Maybe they changed it, but the harness I have attaches into the passenger tail light area via pigtail. This routes reverse and running lights to the split DT connectors for two chase/reverse lights at the spare tire lugs. There is no Stop function via my harness. The “chase light“ circuit on...
  11. NEW! Universal SS10 LED Chase Light | Diode Dynamics

the key on with the spare bracket (Fast Intentions) has been keeping the Torx security bit taped to a six inch extension Which I store in the raptor glove box tool kit. Really speeds up the process vs. yard sale-ing the truck to find the tools like we did in Reno Vegas run blowout debacle...
  12. Ford ProCal problems?

Auto stop start could be disabled on 22-23 Raptors, but Ford took that away in 2024. Can’t do it via Forscan either. The harness seems like the simplest path forward to disable the A.S.S for 2024 onward.
  13. Rear cargo area side window molle panel question

I did the same cut to allow the harness to pass through. If I had the slipstream, I would definitely try to mount to that (my Goose Gear drawers and seat delete sit too low). that solution also avoids the hassle of lining up the bracket holes for insert the bolts for the top, which would be nice...
  14. Which option to mount twin air ARB Compressor on Bronco Raptor?

Easy to do, out of the way and plenty cool enough that I stuff my down sleeping bag behind it (When the tops on!) Switch and chuck are in easy reach of tailgate and the hose stashes in the small niche. I decided to leave the power connector exposed, but it does look a little messy. grounded in...
  15. Rear cargo area side window molle panel question

I’ve got the ADD panels. I run them under the hard top. Not been an issue in any way After 18 months of hard use. Mounting them on top of the top means you’d have to remove two brackets on each side that would be very challenging to replace with the top on. they are rock solid and I store so...
