yea, was a bit sketchy when the top started flying up at 80mph I’m just glad nothing was damaged. it wasn’t clear to me which way the hook went so I figured I would go back and figure it out later, and then forgot…. I drove it on the highway a few times before that happened without issue...

Ohh I didn’t install the hook because it wasn’t clear which way it goes in the instructions, I didn’t realize that’s what it is for. I’ll have to take a look at that thanks!

installed mine this past weekend on my 2 door. Anybody else have an issue with the flip top flying up when flipped back at highway speeds? I was doing 70+ when a gust of wind came and the top started bouncing up/down uncontrollably.

Nice! I’ve been debating getting a set for my 2 door… all of the trucks I’ve seen them on until now had aftermarket wheels with 37s but they look like they fit the 35s well. what’s the finish like on them? They look more glossy then the factory flares, are they painted or black plastic?
