  1. Painted hard top update

I don't think you can buy one directly from Ford (thought I read that here somewhere) so you would have to find a used one or new takeoff.
  2. Is the JKS max clearance kit always necessary for 37 tires?

No, I haven't done any trails so I can't comment on that. When I had 35" KM3's (on stocl suspension) they would rub on the front mudflaps at full lock going up a hill or over curbs. I removed the mudflaps and the 37's with lift haven't rubbed on anything so far.
  3. Rough Shifts since oil change

Is there any chance you could have bumped a wire going to the transmission? One of the older GM trucks I had the previous owner had a line going to the trans rub and scrape off the insulation and ground out causing really firm shifts. The oil change doesn't really make sense in terms of...
  4. Is the JKS max clearance kit always necessary for 37 tires?

You may want to look into aftermarket wheels which will give you the better offset (+12 to -6 works well) and reduce the weight compared to the stock Sas wheels by 7-9 lbs and that helps offset the tire weight increase. I have 17x9 with -6 offset and BFG KO2 37's C rated which run a little...
  5. How to run Method 703s on a Bronco?? (also BORA spacers)

I would never consider putting a thin wheel spacer like 5mm between the hub and wheel, it's like a washer that can work it's way loose. I believe you are overthinking it especially when you're hoping for 200K+ miles on a vehicle. At that mileage you will have already replaced most of the...
  6. Two Door Tuesday Lets See Them Two Doors

It's rainy 2 door Tuesday. We need the rain, so I'm not complaining.
  7. Really, How good are 4wp/pro comp 2.5” coilovers??

Post a picture of what you have, I did my install 14 months ago so I don't really recall. The bolt do look like they are smaller though.
  8. Went with the polished look for wheels.

I went with the wheels that were priced decently, were in stock at the time and they had a 10% off coupon. I needed them right away as I had someone buying my stock Sas wheels/tires and the polished wheels met all the criteria. Heck, I didn't get the Bronco in the color I wanted back in early...
  9. TIRE SIZE - 315's or 285's on a 2-door bronco?

Are you talking about wheel spacers to push the wheel/tire out or a spacer lift to gain 2" of height? I don't think you don't want 2" wheel spacers to push the wheel/tire out that far. I'm not sure if the Big Bend wheels are wide enough for 315's, the stock Sas wheels are 8.5" wide and I think...
  10. Village Idiot needs help with 37s

You may want to look at some adjustble coilovers so you can dial in the height the way you want it. I went with the ProComp adj coilovers when there were some good sales going on. I did not end up needing UCA's to get aligned but I'm sure it would have helped. The stock Sas wheels will most...
  11. Which wheel width and offset for 37s?

Yes, 37x12.5x17. The BFG KO2's tend to run a little smaller so I haven't had any rubbing.
  12. Which wheel width and offset for 37s?

I have 17x9 with -6 and I don't think you want to go farther out, probably in a little so I suggest the 17x9 with 0 offset.
  13. CVF boost piping opinions

I have the low mount Mishimoto intercooler.
  14. CVF boost piping opinions

Yes, you can leave the shutters on with the Mishimoto intercooler. I chose to remove them and tuck the motor up into the frame rail out of the way so I don't get any codes.
