Yes, you can leave the shutters on with the Mishimoto intercooler. I chose to remove them and tuck the motor up into the frame rail out of the way so I don't get any codes.

It looks like you might have a level kit up front since it looks almost the same as the rear. Check at the very top of your coilovers just under the mount on the frame for a small spacer. You could probably get away with a small 37 like the 37x12.5x17 KO2 or KO3 but with the stock wheels it...
