I drove 100 miles, from NJ to Albany, NY, mainly because I got a great deal on a Certified Pre-owned 2025 BB Black Diamond edition with incredibly low mileage for the price. Had to take the drive (which is very picturesque anyway) and have Zero regrets!
I went with the 4-switch setup instead for 3 reasons:
1. I really have no use (yet) for the other switches, so I used up 4, to safely distribute the load. Switch 1 for the high beams, switches 3 & 4 for the left and right low/flood lights, and switch 6 for the backlights.
2. I tried as hard...
Spent a better part of today installing HF's RS Edge 4. Not a terribly difficult install, but that's because I've done a ton of research and pre-planning. It was my first electrical install and I must say, I'm happy with the results. These Edge 4s are BLINDINGLY bright on high beam! I plan on...
Omg, I noticed this too! I just got my Bronco on 3/29 and I notice it whenever I hit the gas coming out of a full stop. It's like a loud, clunk coming from the rear axle area. Also heard when coming to a full stop sometimes. But it never happens if I ease out of a stop. This might be the issue!
Hey,
Here's the dash cam I have (Garmin Dash Cam Mini 3: https://www.garmin.com/en-US/p/1223369/).
Here are the specs:

So, 5.21 cm wide, which equates to about 2.05 inches (a shred over 2").
What's the brand name/model of your mount? Might be...
How about a dashcam mount/holder that screws into the mount on the dash (the one that is intended for GoPros)?
I have a Garmin Dash Cam and was looking for a mount so I wouldn't have to stick it onto the dash with its included adhesive. A screw-in mount would be the logical way to mount it.
After doing a bit more research (and in an effort to minimize the wiring requirements beneath the hood), I've decided to wire the Edge 4s as follows:
- High beams - 30A switch 1
- Left low beam - 10A switch 3
- Right low beam - 10A switch 4
- Amber backlights - 10A switch 6
What I like about...
I bought a pair of the Edge 4s this week on HF's big sale and I'm curious about how any auxiliary switch Bronco owners wired these as well. According to AI, I should wire both highs to the 30A switch, both lows to the 15A, and the backlights to one of the 10A switches. Seems like the logical...
Paid about 40k for a Certified Pre-owned '25 Big Bend with Black Diamond package and soft top. It only had about 2100 miles on it, so I had to jump on it. Very happy with it! :)
Yeah, I thought that was very odd. Why not showcase the top-of-the-line Bronco available to purchase today at any/every Ford dealership? Or at least that Rescue build should have been a Raptor. Oh well. The show was awesome anyway. And my wife did buy me a Bronco T-shirt for my birthday, so I...
