True. I will install and see if I notice any issues. Braptor is not my daily so not much stop and go or city traffic in it. I have Whipple mega cooler in stock location now with shutters removed but my metalcloak winch bumper imo blocks a lot of airflow to intercooler although there are plenty...
This is the Gen 2(latest version of the mount) brand new. Super high quality mount and it neatly tucks arb twin air compressor(or any knock offs) out of the way in the engine bay. Doesn't work on raptor unfortunately for me and I can't read well enough to have seen that when buying the...
I installed the mrt h pipe myself on my braptor and apparently messed up the active exhaust actuators. I think the battery is supposed to be disconnected or the valves at a certain position before unplugging and removing them. My local ford service department is great though they just replaced...
Couldn't find anyone with metalcloak bumper on their braptor and even metalcloak said it didn't fit but I took the chance and it fits great. There is much more airflow to intercooler than it looks like in photos but I will still be doing the high mount intercooler cvf is releasing in a few days.
I don't know how to multi quote. Lol please see above. It's relatively tight so actually the cheap thin compressors work best. I went into the project expecting to remove the shocks but was happy to get it done without having to.
They were both pretty easy honestly with the rears certainly being a little easier as the perch collar goes on top. I did it in my driveway with cheap advance auto rental spring compressors. I think if you were trying to compressor enough to get a much bigger perch collar on you might struggle...
To the best of my knowledge any rigid light bar sold through Ford performance does not have the backlighting feature. The wiring is there but for legal reasons they don't give you option for backlighting.
Lets just say the dealer markup alone i paid for a g63 in summer of '22 i could have bought a wildtrak bronco. But as a capitalist myself it is what it is and I understand supply and demand esp. during covid supply chain issues.
I will say these two are completely different vehicles, as...
I love mine but it's definitely not worth 100k. I paid 92k OTD for my '23 and took delivery December 2022. I own multiple vehicles and don't easily sell any. I don't ever plan to sell this but honestly I think money is better spent(esp for enthusiasts) to modify a lower trim to your own liking.
Factory knock sensors stay in place so no issues running 87. With that said if you are gonna get the tune I say try to keep it minimum 91 octane if you are frequently getting into high boost.
