I messaged about it earlier... maybe it didn’t go through. I’d like it. HMU. Where are you located? Thanks!
  3. For 6 months I've been driving uncomfortable

So I wanted to chime in here. After reading about 2015 era headrests fitting directly, I gave them a shot. Found two on eBay in Canada. They apparently clean them and they looked brand new! Anyway, I hated the factory neck-breaking headrests and turning them around, but that didn’t feel right...

I got their destroyer steels with the steps built in them. My wife and kids are having a hard time getting in and my Sas slings rocks onto the rockers. Just an opportunity for upgrade! LoL!!! @kevin.gt

Yeah… It’s The optional factory brush guard that covers some of the grill… the hoop over the bumper. Its not going to work with some add-ons, so if figured I’d try to get my money back out of it.

Hey All, Considering selling my brush guard from my modular front bumper. If anyone is interested, please let me know. Also ordered my LOD rock sliders today… excited to start getting things together for the trails!

I’m leaning toward the LOD. The frame mounting may be a bit more extensive, but better to do the hard work now and keep your rockers from being messed up. Nothing against the DV8… I just like how built the LOD’s are. Just my two cents. @kevin.gt
  9. 2" lift kit for a sasquatch?

Yeah… the UCA’s help with alignment and angles, but the bigger issue is with the cv angles. You’re maxing out your CV’s at higher lifts and if you’ve priced maxed out CV’s… I’ll pass. Plus, if you look at the geometry, the lower control arms being at a steeper angle also affects ride quality and...
  10. 2" lift kit for a sasquatch?

Yeah. It definitely has to do some with the down travel, but the bilsteins are also position-sensitive, so at the 2.25ā€ setting I had them at, they were extremely stiff because they were maxed out. I jacked it up one time and had plenty of down-travel… it was really irritating actually!!! Maxed...
  11. 2" lift kit for a sasquatch?

I’d have to disagree a bit on that. I used Bilstein’s lift struts on my F-150 and it rode like a damn horse and buggy. I got tired of that and bought a 2ā€ spacer for my truck, lowered the same struts down to the 3/4ā€ lift setting and couldn’t be happier. The struts were just preloaded too much...

After almost what seems like 2-years, I got my new toy last week! i can definitely say it was worth the wait. It’s just a basesquatch, and it honestly doesn’t feel like I missed much. Coming from a 2012 F-150 with terrible sync… this thingā€˜s a dream! I was in Publix today and the thing told me I...
  13. Painting MIC top - will material hold fillers and paint?

šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚... you know someone’s thinking about it!!!
  14. Painting MIC top - will material hold fillers and paint?

You can paint most any type of plastic these days. It’s all about prep. Being a fine texture means scuffing things down. A lot of plastics require a flex agent, but any skilled painter can make it work... just don't hit up Maaco and expect it to last.
  15. 2.3 EcoBoost Carbon Buildup

For what it’s worth... I have a lot of friends that are ford techs. The coking issue is simply a problem with the combination of boost with the PCV system. PCV systems are on almost any vehicle. When subjected to boost, oil is drawn into the intake tract. Normally, the fuel mixture in the intake...
