I finally have all the parts. I noticed the pigtail wires are thicmer wire than the add a fuse what gauge wire did you use to connect to the add a fuse?

Did they check if the BCM screws were tight? I remember that being an issue with some of the early model years.

I paid 454 for the 3.

It's a tie between upgrading from the 8" display to the 12" display and adding the Raptor cluster.

FYI - If anyone else is doing this mod you also need to replace the steering wheel bolt as its listed as one time use. W721079-S437 Steering Wheel Bolt

All the parts are on order.

Installed it today. I didn't have any trouble unplugging the harness but I did have trouble plugging it back in. The overall install took about 20 minutes and tests all worked as expected. I do need to play with the sensitivity. It gets windy here and I don't want it going off all the time.

The only part of the install that I am not following is the power connection. When referring to PIN 16 is that from the harness on the HVAC module or the SCCM module or none of the above. I get you need power and ground. Power from Fuse 37. Electrical guru I am not.

This thread is fantastic. I purchased a raptor wheel for the paddle shifters but adding the heated wheel would be a bonus. I have a 23 Big Bend Mid package. I have the Dual control HVAC. I see part number references for the SCCM and the clock spring but I don't see the part number for the needed...

For anyone like me that did not to the FDRS portion of the install. You can use Forscan. Connect to the Truck: Plug your OBD-II adapter into your laptop and the OBD-II port, turn the Bronco's ignition to ON (Engine Off), and connect via FORScan. Back up your data: Before changing anything...
