  1. 2023 Bronco Total Speaker Upgrade Notes

Not totally sure, but from what I've seen from others is no modifications needed to drop in the 6.75" sub. Almost fits like a glove. The 8" CompRT fits after to you widen the hole a little with something like a multi-purpose tool, which is the route I took wanting more bass.

Thanks! not at all. Absolutely love my setup for the cost. The amp pushes as loud as I can take it with my old ears of 52, but I'm sure a bigger amp will yield loud sound, just not what I was looking for. Really like the sound quality. I've heard of bass blockers, etc...I didn't do them, but I'm...

Sorry, just seeing this. The plug and play wiring harness is needed for the amp you'll place behind the steering column, which comes with the red power line you'll connect to the battery (feed wire through the gromet located above the brake pedal. For the sub and it's amp, there a hot line that...

For me it had to be extremely quite outside, like no birds chirping, etc. I played the white noise and from the outside of the vehicle I could hear the sound going around until it completed. Not sure, maybe someone on here has a better explanation and can help

I did not use any bass blockers since I upgraded to the 4" kicker speakers. I'm not sure what sort of difference that would make as I wanted as much bass to come through while on the road with the top off. Its loud and clear, great highs and mids, and those speakers seems to handle all I throw...

I agree...5 channel amp would be nice! I've had my system for a month now up and running and absolutely love it! sounds so good and so much fun when riding around

you get more wattage with the 2-ohm. Meaning if your sub is rated at 600 watts, connecting it via 2-ohm you'll get the full 600 watts. If you connected via 4-ohm you'd only get 300 watts max power

Nice! I didn't modify any of the dip switch settings. I did go into the FORScan settings and make the changes I noted to increase the power by setting them to Speaker from Speaker/Tweeter. Also, the Speaker/Sub option for the rears, but believe there was a secondary setting I labeled in Green...

Yeah, I got the same, and one of the earlier videos said to just accept and click on YES and continue. Honestly, after I installed the 200.4 amp and made the changes myself I could tell I had installed the amp and made the FORScan changes, but was like "eh" ok better than before. However, when I...

Looks like your system is set to [17] = Tweeter / Tweeter for the fronts [34] = No Speaker / Tweeter for the rears (meaning no sub turned on) For the Front Speaker settings, the third value in the first group I show to be: This is where you have a value of [1] 0 = Speaker 1 = Tweeter 2 =...

been gone all day...glad you finally got it to work, but I will update my notes with the FORScan recommended adaptor as a secondary option. Thanks for the information and comment. Let check my other notes on the settings and send what I show each value stands for and respond.
