Dropped it off today with it missing 3rd gear. Service guy once again mentioned that these broncos are a problem and I would most likely need another at some point which makes me feel great! They said one week so will see if that's real or not.

My son did the trail Seven upgrade and increased the size of the rear pods as well. Was unimpressed with the out come till we had a shop put base blockers in at the speakers and two 12in kicker subs in a ported box with 1600 watt amp running them. Sounds nice in a two door.

My concern is this will happen again.

It's a fair conversation if these transmissions don't have recalls on them. The dirt bike comment was more of him understanding the mechanics of how it works and how to make the powertrain last. It's not the driver knowing how he treats all of our other mechanical items.
