Has anyone dealt with misaligned exterior window trim or seals? The exterior front, passenger window trim on my 4 door Badlands seems to have worked itself out of alignment. The door itself seems well aligned to the frame of the Bronco. The window seals well and sits square when it's closed...

I'm a big fan of PPF - I went with SunTek, not sure the thickness. I know that it's a consumable item so within maybe 3.5 years I'll need to have it removed and re-applied.

The cut out measurements are right around 7/8" x 3.25". Keep in mind there's also a bit of carpet folded in between the latches and the lid! Nope, not yet! I've looked around online but haven't found anything yet and may lean towards the DIY route. Post some pics if you get a chance!

Nice! I'm super paranoid about torque on lug nuts. I've seen all sorts of crazy stuff happen with loose lugs at autocross. Any time a wheel comes off, I do a 5, 10-20, and a 100 mile check on torque to be absolutely sure nothing is working loose.

The tech was looking around for his torque stick - I told him don't bother, I'll redo their work with an actual torque wrench this evening. :LOL:

Totally agreed. I tried to explain that to the service advisor - I don't want to be that asshole customer that's going to yell and scream at everything.

Comedy of errors today. They sent out mobile service to my place to remedy things. The service van didn't have the oil or filter for the Bronco, and the techs walked around hitting every lug nut with an impact gun. Looks like another service appointment.
