That's funny. My dad and I ordered a Braptor to surprise my mom for her birthday this month; built 8/26 and waiting for transport. Now I'm having PTSD about calling Norfolk Southern 3 times a day to track mine.
Hi everyone sorry I’ve been MIA. Engine has been solid since the phasers; no other issues and they were able to fix it without pulling the whole engine.
Unfortunately, the roof has still be giving me issues. Have had the seals replaced 2 times now and still had a leak from the driver panel...
It’s dramatic to expect the correct parts to be installed on a $90k+ vehicle? Is it an issue when one of those incorrect parts is safety critical and kills one or more people?
Ford needs to get their shit together. There's no excuse for mismatched parts on vehicles coming from a modern assembly plant. They're having the same issue with the new Super Dutys shipping with 2 different headlights 🙄
Happy Thanksgiving 7/24 fam!
Mine have been fine. My mom’s ’23 Explorer came with trashed wipers from the factory. I think they might accidentally get left on during shipment and are wiping a dry windshield.
Mine was built 7/26/23 and the phasers went bad at 600 miles. Dropped it off on 9/29 for phasers and a hardtop leaking in multiple areas, and I still haven’t gotten it back.
Going on the 5th week without my truck now. New seals installed on the entire roof, and apparently some drainage valve was never installed from the factory. Up next for the phasers.
