We have not personally tested on a 2025. However, the OEM Ford part number for the fusebox cover is the same for 2025 as 2021-2024, so it should absolutely work without issue.

The factory pinch weld is completely exposed, leading to direct impacts and spray. As with anything, washing the vehicle thoroughly after exposure to salt or dirt is always recommended and would eliminate any concern after installing the covers.
They will not work with OE rock rail,s and to be honest, the rock rail hides most of the pinch weld anyway. They will work with the OEM steps that come on the Outerbanks and a few other models. We haven't tested them with the AMP Research boards, but looking at the instructions, it appears that...
We won’t be at Overland Expo SoCal this year, unfortunately. Being based in Maryland makes it pretty tough for us to get out to the West Coast shows. That said, Overland Expo East is very much on our radar and something we’re strongly considering. Hopefully, we can make that one happen.
