Buy the industrial strength velcro off of Amazon. I'm convinced this is the best solution. It will not fall off, I promise. I think the name of the velcro I picked up on Amazon was Phixbear.

I have this set up and have to say, it's been perfect for me. I know that doesn't help this situation at all. Sorry this is happening, but I'm certain the Turn folks will make it right.
