  1. hoss 3.0 rack programing issues

@BigMeatsBronco I am sure your aware that according to Ford Performance there are different flash/programming versions depending on the model. Using the FP M-3200-WT kit with the ProCal is not even an option for those of us with non-SAS 4-Doors and probably won't be for another year (Last...
  2. Update on Severe Duty Steering Kit for 4DR Non-SAS Excluded Models

FYI: I sent another email to FP checking on the release date for the M-3200-WT kit for excluded models and the response was: ".....currently looks to have been pushed back till late Q3. That is when the engineer is planning on testing and evaluation for release."
  3. Update on Severe Duty Steering Kit for 4DR Non-SAS Excluded Models

Do you happen to know if anyone has tried the donor VIN method using the VIN from a 24 Non-SAS Badlands 4DR which now comes from the factory with the HOSS 3.0? I am making the assumption that the firmware from a 24 Non-SAS Badlands 4DR would be the correct version for a 23 Non-SAS Badlands...
  4. Update on Severe Duty Steering Kit for 4DR Non-SAS Excluded Models

Yeah but preprogrammed with the correct version? I doubt it would be the "B" version for all the excluded models with the corrected steering ratios. I have waited this long on Ford Performance, what's a few more months, I mean years, lol Call me crazy, but I would think if it didn't make a...
  5. Update on Severe Duty Steering Kit for 4DR Non-SAS Excluded Models

I don't think getting the rack/parts is the issue, since according to everybody the second kit will be exactly the same. Getting the correct firmware for the excluded models is the problem. The 24 non-SAS Badlands are coming from the factory with the upgraded rack so the programming is out...
  6. Update on Severe Duty Steering Kit for 4DR Non-SAS Excluded Models

I have not heard anything about a release date. Seems kind of stupid now that 24 Non-SAS Badlands are coming from the factory with the Severe Duty Rack so they must have figured out the programming several months ago.
  7. Looking for Badlands non SAS 33 inch tire RPM value on ProCal

I knew that post would be useful to someone someday :) https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/sasquatch-315-70r17-revs-in-procal4.90947/post-2252483
  8. 37” Tire Regrets?

    Non-SAS Badlands with 2.7
  9. Badlands SAS modded

The ADV video talks about spacers, mid/long travel kits, 0 offset wheels etc. to widen the stance for the 8" fenders. What have you done to get the look that you have?
  10. 37” Tire Regrets?

No regrets so far: 37" KO2s on Method 701s. 6112 coilover kit (maxed out circlip #6) plus Ready Lift 1 1/2" leveling kit in the front. Have not had any rubbing so far, but have not pushed it yet with the 37s. Planning on upgrading steering rack before spring. I get ~15.5 mpg and my...
  11. Looking for a picture or pictures of a bronco with Cooper AT3 XLT’s in a 37”.

I got these used for a great price so I can't complain. I use them as a second set for mainly offroad but run BFG's daily. The Coopers are a little noisier and heavier, but I would also so they are also a little more durable being a Load D vs Load C. If you can get them for a good price go for it.
  12. IC-2730A Control Head Mounting Options

Has anyone found a good option to mount the Icom IC-2730A Control Head on a Bulletpoint, Tackform or some other brand mounting system? Trying to figure out what options are available and so far I have not seen any.
  13. Show me your Bronco with polished wheels!

    Pics of 701's and 37" KO2s on a Bronco.
  14. Chrome wheels!

I went with 37X12.50R17 BFG KO2s on Method 701s. Your photo helped me decide to go with the Machined Finish- I think it looks great on the Blue. I like the 701s just a little better, but it was a hard choice between the two.
