I'd still like to hear his maintenance schedule, etc.

Mine seems to do it only on my drive home, about 5pm. If I turn the audio off, then on again, it seems to help. I might need to do it a few times. It has definitely gotten worse lately.

That's my experience as well.

A service tech was out, today, and couldn't fix it. The module has been replaced, previously. He could not even reset it, since the computer wouldn't let him. Its' going in next week for an actual adjustment of the window, itself to see if that fixes it.

I've had this off and on since new. They have replaced the driver's door module, and reprogramed multiple times. It was fine for a few months, but is back. They are coming to my office to fix, soon.

Mine started up again about two weeks ago. Less when I run Android Auto, but still happening. Glad to hear they recognize it, and are working on it.

So, after trying their on-line chat, and an in-person conversation, I will not be purchasing from them. They are a disaster at customer service. No, thanks. Just an fyi, the sites I tried that have a much better price than the dealership, add so much back in shipping, it ends up more than list.

That supposedly is the one that does fit.
