I have not replaced the resistors yet. The warm weather seems to have resolved the hyperflash. On one cold day, I tried the coasting idea above and it worked. Guess I'll keep watching the thread and change to the new resistors when it gets cold.
Thanks for the update. It was 70 degrees yesterday and I had no hyperflash. Back to 50 degrees and the hyperflash was back. I don't want to swap everything out if the problem isn't resolved. Looking forward to your next update.
UPDATE:
I received 2 new tail lights to replace the one drivers side with hyperflash. How can you tell if you have the new resisters? I really don't want to do this 2x.
Dropped mine off 4 weeks ago. Several reasons why it's still there....main reason is holidays and there's only 1 transmission expert and he has several Ford transmissions torn apart.
My 2021 MT is finally going in for the transmission TSB, all the parts are in. The noise is now exponentially louder than a year ago. I remember there was a tool necessary for repair that most dealerships didn't have. Can someone tell me what this is? I don't want to leave the Bronco for 3...
