If you are buying a house, you should sell your Bronco for $200K that way you can pay a full 20% down payment, avoid PMI and have a ton of money left over for renovations.

This is the mindset that's driving this frenzy. This factually incorrect. The ones I see on dealer floors with these mark ups are sitting on the lots for month. $5K-$10K tend to move quickly, usually days to a week.
