  1. Where & How to Mount Winch Cut-Off Switch

I installed a bracket for my winch control box and the solenoid in front of battery. My solenoid is connected to Aux switch 3 since the aux wire comes out right there.
  2. I Fixed My MIC Top Cracking Issue - Hopefully

The bedliner coating might help keep the cracks from getting worse since it is sealing them away from moisture intrusion. I think the other problem with these tops was delamination and while the coating might strengthen these areas it could still continue to bubble or delaminate. Give us a...
  3. What's the best purchase you've made for your Bronco under $200?

ExoShield for windshield and a set of hood struts.
  4. Who's still on their original Bronco windshield? 👀

i just had the windshield recall done along with several others. My original dealer told me to go to a dealer with body shop. Didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I contacted another Ford dealer with a body shop and they said all glass work is subcontracted out, none of the dealers do...
  5. Who's still on their original Bronco windshield? 👀

I have no cracks or chips on my 2022 OBX SAS after 16,000 miles. I installed EXO Shield film before i took my first 2500 mile trip. Glad i did because i saw several quarter size rocks bounce off without damaging my windshield. I installed it myself and would highly recommend professional...
  6. Show me your fog lights.

I have the Diode Dynamics fog pocket kit. Had to fabricate a bracket for white lights when i upgraded to a BAMF winch bumper. Wired to factory aux switches. The fogs are street legal on separate aux switch and i used a Panda Motorworks harness. The DD harness has fuses that would be...
  7. Remounting the spare tire by yourself?

This is exactly why i got the Sasquatch edition, it came with a tire changer bigger & better than a trunk monkey
  8. Remounting the spare tire by yourself?

I had to plug one of my SAS tires and swapped it with the spare. I ended up using a short plastic table with folding adjustable legs. Left one side collapsed, and rolled the tire up to the mount. A bit easier to handle the final few inches to the mount When it is waist high. I could have...
  9. Parking Aid Fault — Front Parking Aid System Issue and Resolution

i swapped that harness and sensors from my stock modular bumper to an aftermarket winch bumper. it was a time consuming task because the bumper and all of its reinforcing plates, harness attachment tabs etc had to be completely disassembled to get the harness off. A lot of hardware for a bumper...
  10. Parking Aid Fault — Front Parking Aid System Issue and Resolution

Great job of troubleshooting! Ford techs would have probably changed the sensor, reflashed the computer and put on a new harness. And charged you for all of that.
  11. Safety Recall 26S09 / 25V540 (Blank Screen) completed with OTA Update SYNC-26.2.4.11

i just had 5 recalls done last week on my 2022, including the rear shocks. Mine were not corroded so they put some kind of wrap and a cover/shield on them. the other recalls were windshield remove/reseal, seat belt clips, rear camera replace, and rear child lock inspection. Nothing was...
  12. Safety Recall 26S09 / 25V540 (Blank Screen) completed with OTA Update SYNC-26.2.4.11

There was an update this morning at 5am on my 2022. It lists the APIM On the Ford Pass app release notes.
  13. How is everyone running the winch wiring?

I ran mine behind winch it doesn’t touch the trim. Tie wrapped
  14. Water pooling under washout floors and peeling paint

It looks like the truck was fording muddy streams with the doors off. Where did it all come from? I don’t have wash out floors but am curious as to why all Broncos wouldn’t experience this. Ford has had problems with leaking windshields(F150) and recall on Bronco windshield for improper...
  15. Eibach Pro 2.0 Coilovers (Badlands SAS) review

I got a set of Eibachs for my OB SAS, to level up front due to winch bumper i installed. I did not notice the missing bit about the fasteners so it all looked pretty easy. I‘ll have to relook and see how much it will slow me down, thanks for the heads up.
