According to the order guide, which I trust more than build and price, you can get Velocity Blue (Standard), Avalanche, Marsh Gray, or Desert Sand with Velocity Blue exterior. Black Painted is optional on Badlands (requires Black Appearance Package). This would be for 2 door and 4 door.

I had a chance to see the interior on the 2027 Ford Bronco RTR so here is a full Walkaround.
