    I added a Ford brake controller to my F-150 then found out that it required dealer programming. Cost me $95 for them to do it. So the factory price may be worth it. YMMV.

    I have a 2019 Escape w/ the start-stop annoyance. When in the “S”, sport position, on the gear selector it disables the start-stop.
