  1. Speakers replacements

I have Kicker KS series speakers in the dash and rear pods. I did add larger rear speaker pods, but would not if I were to do it again, since even a larger pod is not big enough to provide noticeable bass.
  2. Tire help! BFG KM3’s or Mickey Thompson Baja Boss MT?

I would recommend a tailgate brace with any tire heavier than the stock sasquatch. My tires and wheels combined are about 90lbs and I had creaking from the tailgate off road and over pot holes before I added a brace.
  3. Tire help! BFG KM3’s or Mickey Thompson Baja Boss MT?

Regardless of which 35 you get, I'd recommend a tailgate brace. I noticed it eliminated any creaking from the rear when I installed my Hammer Built brace. There are a bunch of options out there.
  4. Using OEM Kick Panel Speakers in Metra Pods

If you are after mid range, I would try new kick panel midbass woofers first. I have Hertz 165F. After that, you can do 6.5” rear pods if you need more midrange.
  5. Using OEM Kick Panel Speakers in Metra Pods

Like Hemisfear said, the kick panel speakers are 6.5" woofers, so they will only produce mid-bass, no highs and no lows below about 80hz. I replaced my rear pods with larger ones and did Kicker KS 6.5." If I were to do it over again, I would stick with the stock speaker pods and upgrade to a...
  6. 2 door big bend (non SAS) upgrades

Regarding the lift, parts can be as cheap as under $200 if you do something like a 2" front and 1" rear spacer to lift and level the Bronco. If it is simply a top hat spacer, you can most likely find a shop to install them for only a few hundred dollars. Bilstein 5100s are available for $600...
  7. New York Hoss 2.0 Shocks, ReadyLift 1.25 leveling kit, MetalCloak Shock Skids, $100 (April 1st disposing of)

I need some shocks while my Icons are being rebuilt and am in the Northern NJ area if these are still available.
  8. Wheel and tire upgrade

While a 2" lift will allow you to fit 37s (with the right wheel offset), it will rub when off road as seen on this video: . If you are confident you will not off road your Bronco, this may work, but I would not recommend 37s on stock shocks with a spacer as the tires will be much heavier than...
  9. Regearing a non SAS Black Diamond (message from shop)

In the video below, Dana does not recommend going above 4.70 gears in the stock housing due to clearance issues causing poor diff fluid circulation. I would look on this forum to see if anyone is running 37s on 4.46 geared non-Sas Black Diamonds or Badlands.
  10. Street and Off-road combo

For on road, I would go with either 285/70R17 or 275/70R18 depending on what size wheel you want. Both will give the Bronco the off roader look without too much sidewall flex on the highway and tread noise. 285/70R17 has some nice riding and quiet options like the Falken Wildpeak AT, Cooper...
  11. Bouncing Bosch Wiper Blades

I’ve had no issues with the Bosch Evolution wiper blades, which are less expensive than the Icons.
  12. Icon EXP 2.5 for Hoss 1.0 (Hitachi's)

No problem. I don’t have any experience with the Bilstein 6112’s, so I can’t compare them, but I don’t think you could go wrong with either option. At the time, the documentation for 6112s stated that the minimum lift would be about 2.5”, which I don’t need.
  13. Icon EXP 2.5 for Hoss 1.0 (Hitachi's)

You do feel imperfections in the road more than I was hoping, but they reduced the brake dive by a noticeable amount and keep the Bronco more flat through corners. They actually ride more comfortably off road at higher speeds than if I take those same impacts slowly. Being a 2.5” body, I am...
  14. Big Bend tires upgrade advice

If they are the Icon 2.5 EXPs, that is what I have with 285/75R17 set at the lower height for the standard spring, roughly 1.5" of lift.
