Yes! A Starlink Mini will fit on top of the CROW no problem. We are working on a Starlink Mini mounting kit which will include some brackets, but we're probably 6-7 weeks out for production. And yes, the Map Light & Power Kit includes 1x USB-A and 1x USB-C, 18W. Cheers! ~ The Team at EPIC
