I like a lot about the LC also but not the hybrid system, the one I test drove was not very seamless. The GX550's V6 was much better and is the way I'd go!

It's true GM has had a ton of trouble with their V8's lately, but it's not like Ford's engines are stellar and have no problems! GM has a new generation V8 coming out and cylinder deactivation can be deactivated so I'd be willing to try one out.

Who knows what it will actually look like if they actually build it, but if it comes with a NA V8 I'd have a look!

I just read that LC sales dropped like 47% from a year ago so hopefully they drop the V6 twin turbo out of the GX into it, or just get the GX!

I just read Land Cruiser sales were down 46% from a year ago, not sure why but I bet an ICE only would help their sales.

I drove the new Toyota LC hybrid and was not impressed with it, much preferred the Lexus GX550 twin turbo.

I'm one of the old fuddy duddies, I'd rather stay with ice no hybrid! I went and drove the new Toyota LC and was not impressed! The transition from electric to gas was not that seamless, kind of clunky, and if it's that way with a Toyota I can't imagine what it would be like if Ford built it...

My 2022 2-door has no cracks in the hardtop that I can find, but my windshield is another thing!

I must be one of the few lucky bastards to never have experienced the dreadful hard top cracks, my 22 2 door has 30k on it and looks as good as the day I picked it up!

Total loss oil system like early motorcycles had! No dump tank, let it go straight on the ground!
