Ford sells the Raptor hinges which are an upgrade from the regular hinges. I plan to do that + get the hammerbuilt. I carry a 10 pound propane tank on my spare tire, and have a fold out table that hangs from the tailgate.

Part of what plastic guard? The end cap?

I ended up ripping off the rear bumper cap off of my Sasquatch badlands. Can’t seem to find this part or part number anywhere. Any help identifying? It’s some kind of retainer clip that sits on the top part of the cap.

Took some inspiration from your build. +1 for the Kingpin lighting. Went with 2 12” F-Series mounted in the same spots that you have them. Wanted the red lights to fight the bugs at night. They had a 4th of July sale that included the 360 degree mounts. Very happy with them.

Going in a couple of weeks. Can't wait! Black bear pass just opened less than a week ago - Just read that 2 guys in a jeep drove up in the wrong direction over night last night and got stuck on a switch back. Had to be towed out sometime this afternoon.
