Some of my thoughts are.....did you buy it used? if so maybe it has PPF on the fender and they used a kit to cut around the badge. My other thought was a crappy body shop painted the fender and masked off the badge instead of removing it.

It happens to me and its because I hop in and start the Bronco as I shut the door. If you pay attention you will notice if the door is open and you start the Bronco the window will go up then down, almost like a calibration. Now that I noticed that I make it a habit of either shutting the door...

Heard the fenders are good quality but as a company I would not trust giving them any money at this point.
