    I'm pretty sure the direction everyone's heading on ifs portal builds is only running them up front. 74weld mentioned something about the new Tayota portal kits coming in around 12k but that could be bare without breaks etc, a little better than 10k a corner but still $$$

    Finished the 3/4" body lift today, I cut the spacers out of a piece of flat uhmw stock with a hole saw and drilled them. I think I have less than 50 bucks into it with the two front bolts. I was worried it would be noticeable and you really can't tell unless you know.

    Fast, rhythmic clicking is usually CV axles, almost sounds like the wheel of fortune wheel spinning. When I grenaded my front differential there was a much more aggressive bang/crunch, about once per tire rotation that would cause the tire to skip/bind ever so slightly, and sounded like it came...

    Is it the 1/2 or 2/3 shift in 4lo? I’ve noticed it in 2hi leaving my driveway a few times. It almost seems like it holds/carries rpm enough to let the transmission shift and as it slips into the next gear it lurches forward.     We don’t get the same luxury of being able to switch steering power in the fly like the braptors can. My steering gets much heavier and slower in sport mode though, definitely not faster.

If I go to the passenger side there is a pretty nice gap between that piece your talking about and the paint but on the drivers side it’s 1/16ā€ or less away from the paint.     It was much harder to capture in video, above 5mph it sounded like it was about to come apart and would also bind up and yea, the m210 differential is the one that comes standard with Sasquatch package.Its slightly larger, has an electronic larger and takes the larger Sasquatch CV axles too.

    Was your noise similar to this? The first video is 4HI / FAD locked and the 2nd is 2wd but with the FAD still locked because Ford locks it up under 32 degrees. If you dont have FAD the diff will spin all the time and it would be similiar to this in 2wd. My non-sas m190 diff did the same granted...

    Metal cloak looks like it hangs pretty low an costs you some clearance , i don’t want universal because that means it hangs low enough to cover the 2.7 braces. Id like to be as tucked as possible because the bronco has enough low hanging fruits as it is imo

    I’ve been doing a ton of searching for a 2.3L skid that doesn’t go under the 2.7L braces with no luck. I think I’m going to see if I can fab something up myself because it looks pretty flat
