I'm retired and don't have a business but I will sell one or two direct. I'm asking $50 plus about $12.65 shipping via USPS small flat rate. I'm traveling and won't be home until the end of May but I do have 5 with me and could probably send one to you in the next week or so if you are...
I have the modular bumper and use the OEM modular bumper tow hooks for flat towing. I THINK that the modular bumper tow hooks will work with the capable bumper. Just a thought.
I had to modify the LOD brackets significantly to get them to fit my '22 with modular bumper. The safety chain 'loops' prevent the bumper from going back against the frame ends. If you want to send me a private message I'll send you the drawings of my modifications. If you are careful you can...
I have had the 'check brake' light/warble twice in the last two months, last time going to the dealer for an oil change and alignment. I couldn't see any difference in brake performance but I'm getting ready for a trip so I had mine replaced at the Dealer. I didn't know the cause so most of...
Nice solution. I installed an auxiliary braking system for towing my Bronco behind a motorhome and used the main pass thru which has a path for additional wiring but what a pain. I was deathly afraid of nicking the main wiring harness poking a hole in the grommet.
Hopefully this comes through OK. The only 30A WAGO is in the drivers most slot. The rest are all 20A capable. I totally misinterpreted your numbering, I took it as position on the cover (left to right, switch 6 to 1). See if the picture explains it and is correct as far as switch number...
Unfortunately, the 30 A WAGO only fits in the rightmost slot (currently labeled '1')I can change the amps on the rest of them but I'd have to re-lable the current '1' to 4. I'll generate a picture.
I think it will fit if there is nothing between the 7/8"x5/8" slot at the bottom of the picture and the rectangular hole below it just out of the picture. See the attached picture for placement. The only question is that the thin sheet metal on top of the main flange might be a little closer...
Give me a chance to make sure the new design fits as intended and I'll make you one. I don't know if the Raptor has the same configuration in that area. If you are interested, send me a picture of the body flange where the ground wires are and I can maybe tell whether it will fit.
P.S. I...
I just updated my design to mount over the small 'oval' racetrack slot between the ground wire rivnuts. Have to print one to verify it will fit but I'm optimistic:)
Yes, 3D printed from PETG which is more than adequa
These are well protected and the levers can't open when in the slots. I used the exposed lever connectors (4 into 2 orange and blue in the picture) because I cut the wires too short when I initially wired it and before I made the junction box. (I hated the rats nest, that's why I designed the...
I make a Junction Box for the Upfitter Switch Connections. It uses WAGO 20A lever connectors for switches 2-6 and a 30A for Switch 1. I mounted to an unused ground wire Rivnut (apparently used on Lux package unfortunately) so I'm working on a version that mounts using the 'racetrack' hole to...
